Central Coast: Monday/Tuesday 2010

We started our Central Coast adventure with a scramble event at the Monarch Dunes course in Nipomo and then a two-best ball event at the Alisal River Course in Solvang. The weather was generally favorable for both days and even surprisingly calm as we finished the last holes in Alisal. The scramble at Monarch Dunes was well advised given the difficulty of the course but it didn't eliminate the possibility of four bad shots like the Prochnow, Howard, Rybolt and Einung foursome achieved when they all four drove their tee shots into the water; however, they recovered and pared the hole.
